General Shipping Policy

• Enjoy free shipping on orders over $500 or a $25 flat rate for orders under $500!

• Minimum Purchase Amount: Orders must total at least $150 to be processed.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Age Restriction: Products are intended for adults aged 21 and over.
• Licensing Requirements: Customers must have a valid State Tobacco License and a Seller's Permit to place an order.

Kratom Shipping Policy

• Age Restriction: Customers must be 21 years or older to purchase Kratom.
• FDA Notice: Kratom has not been approved by the US FDA as a dietary supplement.
• Restricted Locations: We do not ship Kratom to the following states:
  • Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.
    Nor to the following cities/municipalities:
  • San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Denver (CO), Sarasota County (FL), Jerseyville (IL).

Returns and Exchanges

• Nicotine Products: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Other Products:
  • Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase if items are unused and in their original packaging.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges will be issued as store credit toward future purchases.
  • Restocking Fee: 40% fee applies to used items returned.
• Late Returns: Items returned after 15 days will be credited at the current price, not the original purchase price.

Payment Policy

• Credit Card Payments:  2–3% fee will apply to the total invoice amount.
• Alternative Payment Methods: Bank deposit, wire transfer, or Zelle are accepted.
• Returned Payments: Customers are responsible for any fees incurred due to returned payments (e.g., credit card declines, COD).

Shipping and Insurance

• Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to the shipping company, tracking and managing the shipment becomes your responsibility.
• Product Variations: Product style, color, or quantity may vary from the images displayed.
