•  Buyers must be 21 years old or above to purchase.
• Buyers must have a valid business license with a state issued SalesTax ID/Sellers Permit in order to buy product from us.
  
• Buyers interested in tobacco products must have a valid Tobacco License.
• Buyers are responsible for compliance with federal and state law.
• The brands and products marked are of the respective brands.
• Our site is meant only for tobacco users. All products are intended for legal use only.
• Buyers should place a minimum order of $150.
• We use most reliable carriers: UPS, DHL or FedEx.
• We accept cash ( Only Ware house visit customer) , bank transfers, and all major credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders or limit quantities at any time.
• Prices subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right of termination memorandum of understanding (MOU) with any party with prior notification.
  
• We provide images of sample product, but deliveries may include product of different color, shape or size.
• There will be extra charge for customers from Hawai and Alaska due to distance rates.

The terms & conditions constitute the agreement between RRR wholesale and buyers.

 ***Please note that online orders may take up to an hour to show up in your account order history. You will receive an email confirmation for your order when it is received and when it is shipped. Credit card purchases will show up as RRR Wholesale on your bank statement.

 

Refund policy:
We will replace or refund any items received broken or if you are for any other reason dissatisfied with the product.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.Please email us clear pictures of the broken pieces, and we will ship you replacements.
