 Online & Phone Orders:

    Orders will be processed with in next business days after they are received.
   

• Orders will not be packed until a valid Resale License/Seller's Permit is received
• Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.
• Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service (approximately 3-5 business days), unless faster shipping is noted and paid for
• Orders that qualify for free shipping will always be shipped with UPS Ground Service .
•  Shipping addresses CANNOT be changed once in route. If you would like to change your shipping address, you will be charged an interception fee and another shipping fee.
